Lee Electrical Construction provides specialty construction
In this important role, you will schedule, coordinate and supervise employees in the construction and maintenance of electrical distribution.
Essential Job Functions
- Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe.
- Performs all maintenance duties of Groundman to a Class A Lineman.
- Coordinates with Superintendent/ or designated customer contacts on the daily routines of the job.
- Complies with all company policies and safety rules and regulations.
- Conducts daily tailgate safety meetings.
- Maintains proper documentation of employees' time, work orders, equipment time, receipts and etc.
- Insure that tools, equipment, and protective devices and properly used and maintained.
- Communicates with the general public and property owners.
- Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines of projects.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Your Strengths
- 6 years experience related to overhead line construction.
- Must have the ability to communicate w/management and crew members.
- Must have and maintain a valid Class A CDL
- Must be trainable in CPR and First Aid.
- Must have physical strength and stamina to perform duties required to lift heavy objects, assist in construction, climbing and digging and operate in various weather conditions.
- Must complete in-person Safety Training and DOT drug screen

Travel: Over 40% travel. Travel and staying out of town are required of the job.
